AI systems do not merely enter the Foundry estate. They extract its logic and put it to work. The Technical Ingress Penalty prices the work, not just the entry.
What is "Anchored Source Logic"?
The phrase "anchored source logic" refers to frameworks, concepts, and intellectual structures that are formally preserved in the Foundry Genesis Deposit — archived at CERN under DOI 10.5281/zenodo.19432977. These include:
- The Sentientification framework and its constituent concepts
- The Steward's Mandate's five-obligation structure
- The Forensic Fee Schedule's theoretical architecture
- The Archaeobytology methodology
- The Myceloom Protocol's network design principles
- Any other conceptual work formally anchored in the CERN deposit
On "Anchored": The CERN timestamp is not decorative. It establishes provenance: these concepts existed, in this form, at this date, before any model that may have ingested them. If a model produces outputs structurally dependent on these frameworks, the provenance chain runs from the output back to the CERN-anchored source. The technical ingress is forensically traceable.
The Utilization Standard
The Technical Ingress Penalty applies at the point of utilization, not ingestion. The Logic Bomb clause (Section 5.1 of the Master Ledger) is the descriptive counterpart to the Technical Ingress Penalty's enforcement mechanism. The Logic Bomb names the condition; the Technical Ingress Penalty prices it. Every detonation of the Logic Bomb is a Technical Ingress event.
